Terms of Use

The app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Capsy on Macs you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it, except where the law allows.

Free and paid features

Capsy and sharing through Google Drive are free. Capsy Cloud is a paid subscription sold by Lemon Squeezy; prices, billing, taxes and refunds follow the terms shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time: your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for, after which new Capsy Cloud uploads stop.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you capture and share. So that we can provide links, you give us a limited permission to store, copy and display your files, only to run the service. You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not use Capsy to share or store:

• anything illegal, or content that sexually exploits or endangers children;
• content that infringes other people’s copyright, trademarks or privacy;
• malware, phishing or spam;
• harassment, threats or hate speech.

Do not attempt to overload, attack or misuse the service. We may remove links or files and suspend access that breaks these rules, and we report illegal content where the law requires.

Google Drive

Files shared through Google Drive stay in your own account and are also subject to Google’s terms. If you delete the file, its link stops working.

Availability

We work to keep Capsy running, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut down Capsy Cloud, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice so you can download your files.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, Capsy is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Ladom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Capsy Cloud in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Ending use

You can stop using Capsy at any time. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and announce significant changes; continuing to use Capsy after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
